  6. anyway it wouldn't be a bad idea to add an invisible rucksack class so people using other countries armies containing units with backpacks attached to the model by default could make their own replacements
  7. We need to replace them because the standard models have backpacks on them, which looks wrong with the ruck system. They were replaced with models that don't have backpacks on them. Ok , i understand . Them maybe an invisible rucksack could be defined to fit these two men classes , that way they could carry the stuff in a logical rucksack without the need of changing the model, and the replacements could be used. the only issue is that if you throw the rucksack , it would be still attached optically to the model, but that's a minor thing compared to the advantage of being able to use replacements, just my opinion.
  8. a suggestion for the next version : in the ACE_config_men.pbo , please don't replace the models for the miner and medic so we can use a 3rd party replacement with ACE , thanks
  9. still some speed and altitude gaining problem with choppers. hey Q , have you thought of making the script (the chopper version)instead of executing from the beginning , activated via actions menu? , something like "Aimprecission on" and "Aimprecission off" , that way you could fly to the hot zone in normal mode and then activate the script so you can aim with better precission to the targets,once finished , deactivate the script and fly home in normal mode and full speed again. i think that would be the better way to implement the script .
  10. Hi, i was playing a beatiful and difficult mission with ACE and this message showed up repeteadly : btw , i use a soldier replacement to use Jonny's marines by default, and it works fine except the medic that is not changed, it appears the default BIS ACU cammo one, could this be sorted out ?
  11. keeping pressed the space bar, switch weapons with f , but not release the space bar , now you can select targets with tab as always and fire(with CTRL , or left mouse in manual fire)

    that's the first thing i did after receiving my new computer, disabling the 0 Raid , now i hve two drives and i backup the contain from one on the other regularly , and with Norton backup program you have your old configuration and data reinstalled in 5 minutes

    Project RACS

    as it is implemented now there is no problem with the flares because they overwrite any other flare systems (ACE for example) with ACE Mod, instead of mando flares will show up PRACS flares. I've been doing some tests and i've reached with a solution to implement xeh to pracs planes keeping the compatibility with any other mod out there (including ACE), so the pracs flares will work  unless you use the planes in a mission or mod where mando missiles is implemented (like ACE), then only the mando flares will appear. Other case is limiting the amount of flares per plane, i only found a way to define an amount of flares per plane class , but not per unit, don't know if it's gonna be possible without a big scripting work

  20. that's wrong, it's Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar , "var" doesn't end in "n", "s" or vocal , so it is not acentuated, but Díaz should. maybe you could add Attila , king of Huns
