Hi there, @Valkuran thank you for the reports. Could you please turn on Network Stats in the Options menu while in your Shelter? It will help us see how your latency is looking while you are experiencing these strange incidents - it will thus help with our investigations. 🙏 We also heard from other Outlanders that vaulting over an object, using a gesture, or jumping in and out of water could help you properly select a weapon or consumable from your inventory - we recommend giving it a go as a quick fix while we work on it behind the scenes 💪

We understand that matchmaking can be quite tricky and challenging for new Outlanders, but we're happy to say that we are working on improvements towards matchmaking 🙂 This should lead to matches with other Outlanders who will be around your level, but it depends on how many players are looking for Encounters at the same time as you are. You don't need to kill in the Outlands in order to do well 😉 You can sneak around and avoid gunfights, and safely bring loot back to your Shelter too! Good luck, and see you in the Outlands 🍅

We highly recommend using the in-game Report System, as we can then take action based on the data we receive from the Report System 💪 Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, @eKLaB For Season 16, we are increasing the drop rate of Weapon and Consumable Plans across all Crate rarities (including Common Crates). Aside from that, we heard feedback that players would prefer to buy the Plans from the Store, so we've incorporated both sides of feedback from the team. Hope this helps clear up the situation! 🍅

Hi there, of course we play Vigor 🙂 Playing with tactics and using strategies is the most important thing when it comes to being successful in Encounters. Wearing headphones is crucial when it comes to surviving in the Outlands as well - you'd be surprised how much you can hear from the game. 🍅

There are different methods on changing your NAT type, you'll have to search on how to do so as the method would be depending on your console 🙂 The NAT type should be changed to open, so that you can get into the game and play with other players. 🍅

Hi there, it may be some connection stability issues that you're experiencing. Connectivity drops and instability can cause lag, but you can perhaps try connecting your console to the internet by a LAN cable? The team is also working on improving connectivity issues from our side, so we hope that it will get better for you soon. 🍅

We're always tweaking all of our weapons -- yes, the Bugle included, as we've tweaked it before as well 😉 We're tweaking them to improve not just the weapons, but also the gameplay and players' experiences. Other weapons will also be tweaked eventually, so stay tuned 🍅

Hello there, thanks for the report. We haven't heard of similar reports from other players just yet, but could you perhaps contact our support on this issue? They may require other information to try and track what's going on, if you haven't been losing weapons due to not exiting from an Encounter safely and such, so it's best to send them an email. Hello, this sounds rather odd. It will be passed on to team so that we could look into it. Does the issue still persist? On the other hand, we have heard that some players were able to fix their issues by either enabling or disabling the IPv6 setting on their routers (some have said disabling helps, others said enabling). For now you could give it a go and let us know what the outcome's like.
