European Operation Forces is the first professional multigaming Milsim team for ArmA 3. www.eurof-team.org That means, that all professional members, who contribute to the team are valued with a monthly salary. We focus on european members and around military games with a high standard of playing these. The idea is to build a european army, infantry based, in an pre-2000 army context, without much technology involved. We strive for very high realism and difficulty settings, a TvT environment ( 50 / 50 : COOP / TvT ). Building teamwork and getting socially along with each other is very import to us. Although we call ourselves a milsim team, we dont use any ranks ingame: roles, proficiency and personal authority is what defines leadership and teamwork in our team. To bring gaming, communities and ArmA to the next level, we are looking for several members, that can join us on this road. We are looking for ( all listed positions come with a salary ) : Assistant ArmA commanders ( 2 positions open ) Job description: The ICs of the ArmA division bring in their experience, they make training documents, regulations, bring structure to the unit, make standards, find solutions for anything, determine instructors, instruct, recruit new members, maintain servers, missions and play the game. The ArmA commanders work cooperatively with each other.. Our unit consists of a multipurpose infantry platoon which is capable of air assault, mechanized infantry and special forces operations. So being specialized in one of these fields is important, but not essential. Training instructors ( 1 position open ) Job description: With the ArmA commanders, the training instructor develops guides, training manuals, SOPs, courses for any roles and teaches the content to new members. Being specialized in one or more fields of infantry, air assault, mechanized infantry and special forces operations is essential for this. Respawns must be every time in player decision guys thet improve the Gameplay a lot.
