The glasses (assuming we're talking about "normal" glasses, as in selectable ones in the player profile screen), use the NVG Proxy to line up their position. If your glasses are in the wrong place, I can only assume you're using a custom night-vision proxy that is very much out of place. Line your NVGs up with with the default NVGs are in their proxy, and re-align the proxy itself.
