Save BUG in this Insane Buggy Game ...

Wow this game is so Much Fun and So Much of a Pain in the BUTT With all These BUGS in it so Sad Really would have been such a Great Time... I know they keep Putting out Patches .....but wow the Bugs in this game .....

The Reason why I posting this is Every now and then when I save and have to Reload Becuse my Stupid AI team mate would not Listen to me and Gets killed I get this strange bug in the Save and I have to Restart the Dang Campaign all Over again on Dogs of War... Campaign when it reloads where my men are Picture there are Boxes with Cross in them and I cannot Control anyone Just My Self and u see them all over the Map and in First Person Mode... I have Picks of this but Not sure how to Post them for u too see it... Just ask for a URL ....so if someone can tell me how to post them that would be great and if anyone else has this problem and I'm using the New 1.5 patch and even try the Beta Patches to see if that would fix the Prob and it has not.... Thanks .... Please Fix the Bugs in this game...It's Really Fun to play and the Ping too in Multi Player is really Bad too.... my Connection is 30 megs down and 3 megs up and my ping and lag is still crappy...:mad:

Lol, the "ping" being bad is a fault of your own, not the game. Either you have a bad internet connection, or you're connecting to servers too far from where you are located.

In terms of the rest of the bugs I have no idea what you are talking about, but if posting images may help us understand, then this is how you do it:

Just a reminder. When applying a patch or beta you have to revert the mission your on. Not restart the whole campaign but restart the mission you are currently on. Continuing a saved game after a game update will not work well.

The ping as mentioned is not the games fault. I have no such issues unless i try to play on a server in Australia. Being such a huge game with tons of stuff to update during play it speaks for itself you just dont play on a server that far away (im in Sweden). The network around the world has to be upgraded some more before we can do that. :)

Ok, what else is running on your computer besides Arma2? Just making an informed guess here but from your description (if I understand it) there is some kind of conflict happening when you reload the save game.

If you restart Arma2 before reloading the save does it work then?

As for the ping problem, you clearly have something else eating your network bandwidth to cause that problem... Either that, or you are on the moon.

I am not the nit-picky kind of person but this random capitalizing of words breaks the flow. Don't do that dudes!

I had difficulty reading it since in most languages capitals are used when a new sentence starts (I think the german language doesn't follow that rule).

Hey m8, think I got u now: You are in "command- mode" after loading or whatsoever, just press left control and space simultaneous to switch between squad- and unitcontrol:rolleyes:

(it´s not a bug, it´s a feature; play all training- missions and you´ll learn how to use it...)
