We're not hardcore and just looking for some fun games and finalizing the maps for the ArmA PVP League. Each mission is straight up ARMA (no need for addons) Date: 01/31/2010 Time: Should be around 2-4PM EST (GMT-5) or 7-9 PM GMT Server: [uRC]PVP Survival (A&D/TDM/AAS/, etc) Attendies: URC members, possibly some SBS members, and anyone else looking to enjoy some fun competitive sessions. 3 rounds on one of the maps in Team Survival (TDM setting, 3 lives per player, team elimination wins the round). Maps Allowed:TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - Black Rock Beach TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - Depot Station TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - Embassy TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - Ghost Town TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - P.O.W. Camp TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - Town Beach TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - The Mog TEAM SURVIVAL-APL - Urban Resistance [*]3 rounds on one of the league maps in Attack & Defend - Siege (1 life per player, eliminate the opposing team or capture/defend the siege area within the time limit wins the round). Maps Allowed: A&D SIEGE-APL-Black Rock Beach A&D SIEGE-APL-Depot Station A&D SIEGE-APL-Embassy A&D SIEGE-APL-Ghost Town A&D SIEGE-APL-P.O.W. Camp A&D SIEGE-APL-The Mog A&D SIEGE-APL-Town Beach Feel free to hop on earlier to get a feel for the mission layouts, and server settings. There are settings to take away 3rd person view and other items which is what the league is tweeking for good wholesome competition. Each mission is designed for 20 minutes, however, due to the survival aspect (limitted lives) it can end a bit quicker if not careful. We may be entertaining this scrim with the SBS group, however, we would also look to see if anyone would want to check these out since they are being fine tuned for fun league competition. If we have enough players we will lock the server so TS may help get you in if you have trouble. I might check into that Why bother bowen matey,, get yourself registered here at www.armaleague.com already set up, AND the biggest differance with us and ESL its run by ARMA players and clans... who have been playing the game since it OFP... same goes for 88's league and the PVP scene both of which are run by Arma Players,,, a good example is the PvP scene where it started in Clanbase but moved to its own dedicated site...............
