Why? you may or may not get a response, so best be specific as there are lots of members here that can answer your questions based on what it is, having a specific subject narrows it down. -search the forums first for what your asking as there might be topics or thread already asking it -your post should be in Arma 2 editing section -suggest you check out the forums rules too when u get a chance i want to know how i can make a marker appear on the in-game screen in the editor at the bottem right you will see a button that says "Markers" click on it and a box will be around it, now double click on your map where you want your marker and pick what type of marker you want, marker should show up ingame (preview). i made some tanks and the objective is to blow them up, however, i dont know how to make that the objectice? Go to triggers on the right, make sure that the box is around the word triggers, and then find your tanks and double click on the ground by them. a box will open up and say insert trigger adjust the size of the trigger -either oval, or square and if the enemy is Opfor then make the trigger say for activation Opfor then not present make sure the tanks are inside the box or oval you created. for your last question i cant answer. hope that helps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If the tanks are likely to drive around, make the trigger area huge or set the size to 0 so that it uses the whole map (obviously only really usable if you do the group thing or there are no other units of that faction on the map/huge area once done). AussieSausage 10 Posted December 18, 2009 (edited) sorry serverloh, will take your advice next time, and i didnt find the editing section, i just type it into google and it took me to these forums lol. sorry about that. also, thanks jimber. didnt know the aircraft ship was there :D 1 thing about the markers though, when i place a marker, it doesnt show up in the game, i tryed 50 diffrent ways last night and i cannot get 1 to show up. anyways, il go try again following your ways, ( i might have done something wrong ). and il see what happens again thanks.
