First, the Editing Guide is a community project and not from BIS. Second as far as I know the ArmA(1) Editing Guide is only available in English and German, there is no spanish translation.

The Editing Guide for ArmA2 is not available yet.

Go to www.arma2.es (spanish arma2 community) and ask for the translation, maybe someone had translated it.

in case a Spanish translation doesn't exist. You could try to use google translate and do it yourself. It won't be 100 % perfect but at least you can use the editing guide.

I know it's a bit of work, but in case you aren't able to find the guide in Spanish it's the only solution I can think off.
