.paa plugin for GIMP

Is there one? I've been looking online and I can't find anything.

there is none.

Use texview and convert your file to TGA, then use gimp or whatever to edit the file. Same process backwards to get your file tp .paa

could anybody PLEASE explain to me this process in TEXVIEW converting paa into tga and other way

i had paa file in textview looked around couldnt find anything to do this

looked around forum couldnt find anything to help me in details

Mate, i guess you're thinking way too far:

- Open the file you want to convert

- Click in File menu on "Save as..."

- Give it a name and add .tga or .png to convert from .paa/.pac

- also works other way around.

remember, you have to manually add the file extension. Besides this, nothing special to do here.

Myke i tryed that i cant add tga to when i save as it wont allow my Vista 64

but talked to couple peepz they say texview doesnt work for them either for some reason

HOPE that kygets get paa plug for GIMP one day adobe C4 cost too much

you won't see it in file types.

Select all files and put .tga or .png as an extension to the filename.

... and if you have edited your .tga in Gimp, use the "save as" and disable the rle kompression. Otherwise Texview will have problems opening the .tga again.

can anybody help me i've retextured "plane" what next ? edit config.cpp and p3d or only config.cpp when i change .paa or .pac with new texture where do i change inside config.cpp where do i change file in config.cpp or p3d

COULD PLEASE PLEASE ANYBODY HELP ME I SPENT WHOLE DAY LEARING ABOUT THIS LEARNED A LOT BUT MESSING UP SOMETHING STILL could anybody show me step by step after texture is done
