bullet spread change in 1.04?

did they change the bullet spread pattern for guns in 1.04?

well the handguns seem to be affected the most even at point blank the bullets dont go anywhere near the crosshair

Indeed looks like FADE. If the copy is not legit - thats how it should be. If it is legit and FADE is triggered you have to contact BIS about it i guess. Showing proof of baught game etc.

But hold your horses a sec. Will test myself.

EDIT: Addons used?

EDIT2: No problems here. You got FADE or some addon interfearing. Test a reinstall maybe.

It has definately nothing to do with 1.04 or later beta.

I can't notice any abnomal dispersions with my current beta build 59210.

I see it was in a pub game? Might been hackers messing with the mission?

Is it the same if you go in the editor?

I would verify my game cache files, just in case something borked up the files and triggered FADE. It looks like FADE to me as well because that's what it does. Not accusing, but it shows the symptoms that something isn't quite right for whatever reason.

Yup, FADE... disable all addons/mods, verify local game cache files, and if you still get it, delete local files, delete the arma 2 directory (steam\steam apps\common\arma 2) and redownload the files. If all else fails, contact Steam.
