fhil 10 Posted September 25, 2009 (edited) well the handguns seem to be affected the most even at point blank the bullets dont go anywhere near the crosshair look at this picture Edited September 25, 2009 by fhil
Beagle 684 Posted September 25, 2009 Looks like FADE!
Alex72 1 Posted September 25, 2009 (edited) Indeed looks like FADE. If the copy is not legit - thats how it should be. If it is legit and FADE is triggered you have to contact BIS about it i guess. Showing proof of baught game etc. But hold your horses a sec. Will test myself. EDIT: Addons used? EDIT2: No problems here. You got FADE or some addon interfearing. Test a reinstall maybe. Beagle 684 Posted September 25, 2009 It has definately nothing to do with 1.04 or later beta. I can't notice any abnomal dispersions with my current beta build 59210.
Alex72 1 Posted September 25, 2009 I see it was in a pub game? Might been hackers messing with the mission? Is it the same if you go in the editor?
-RIP- Luhgnut 10 Posted September 25, 2009 fhil said: cant be fade i bought it off steamand no addons so i guess i'll contact bis support I would verify my game cache files, just in case something borked up the files and triggered FADE. It looks like FADE to me as well because that's what it does. Not accusing, but it shows the symptoms that something isn't quite right for whatever reason. Bulldogs 10 Posted September 25, 2009 Yup, FADE... disable all addons/mods, verify local game cache files, and if you still get it, delete local files, delete the arma 2 directory (steam\steam apps\common\arma 2) and redownload the files. If all else fails, contact Steam.
