Why are .50 cal sniper rifles so popular? Are they really used that much? I recoginze that they're big, but don't you think they're somehwat useless for OFP? I don't know a whole lot about them, but still...

i think they should add the beta c mag only if they implement a feature where assholes can shoot up the whole mag in 30 sec and overheat there non-changable M4 barrels

oh.. i almost forgot...heres my want list:

US: m240g, m60e3, m3 greasegun, M249, MK19, M2 on a real tripod, M9 baretta, M1911a1, SOCOM, S&W .38 revolver, and an unsilenced MP5. oh and the javelin and dragon ATMs

Soviet or East: RPD, RPG-7, kornet, the rumanian AK w/ the front grip, AKS-47(folding stock), the hungarian AK, Skorpion, Stechkin, makarov, tokarev, kiparis, rpk-74 and -47, the various 12.7 and 14.5 mm HMGs (to replace the cursed "M2 EAST"), RPO

Resistance: to round out the selection for those making third world type missions: M1 carbine, HK G3, PPSH, FN FAL, Enfield SMLE ( you see lots of pics of afganis w/ them in the 80's), sks, molotov cocktails, and the ubiquitous rusted toyota pick up truck w/ dshk or m2 or 23mm AA or rockets
