hbk 0 Posted March 21, 2002 If under XP/2k be warned, they don't support the RefreshRateFix ............ back to 23.11.
Mister Frag 0 Posted March 21, 2002 FYI, if you already downloaded the drivers from NVIDIA's site or one of the mirrors, you may want to do it again -- the files that were released this morning and got mirrored elsewhere had a problem that cause the NVIDIA-specific Control Panel tabs not to show up. Mister Frag 0 Posted March 22, 2002 I downloaded the V28.32 drivers and tried them on my XP Professional system, and OFP started exiting to the desktop at the end of each mission. I went back to my old drivers, and everything is fine again. Your mileage may vary...
SKULLS_Viper 0 Posted March 22, 2002 Not to mention that it doesnt go with nVidia Gerforce 2 Go 32MB 4xAGP. I just got a laptop 2 days ago (and a desktop with a nVidia Geforce 2 Ultra 64MB 4xAGP thats a half year old)and there are no updates for it. Just alot of Windows XP dowloads. ALDEGA 0 Posted March 22, 2002 SKULLS_Viper, if you read carefully on their website, you will notice that you have to get driver updates at the website of the laptop manufacturer. This is due to some reasons.

Greg 0 Posted March 23, 2002 I have had no problems running the latest drivers with OFP. They are about the same performance as the 27.x and appear to be stable. Geforce3ti200 WinXP 1.2 Athlon A7M266

ale2999 0 Posted March 23, 2002 HAAAAAAAA. Is it normal that when u pressed on the advance tab, u dont see all the options no more, except for the standard windows tabs? Like enabling antialaising and stuff
ALDEGA 0 Posted March 23, 2002 If you can't see the advanced stuff (direct3d/opengl etc) than it means you have downloaded the 'old' version. Shortly after releasing the 28.32 driver, nVIDIA noticed that they had made a mistake. They then uploaded the correct drivers. You most likely have downloaded the old ones. (if you are behind a proxy server, you may not be able to easily download the new version as you may be downloading the 'old' cached version. At least that's what was happening to me.) btw, these are the first drivers, since 23.11 that do not cause the "cannot complete drawing operation/infinite loop" problem
DodgeME 0 Posted March 23, 2002 The drivers are buggy. They have a shitload of problems and l am sure that many of you can't locate the advances features. In addition there is a refresh rate bug that locks games at 60Hz refresh rate. I would put em on. There is many info about em in http://www.madonion.com Nvidia will release a newer driver soon. Stick with 27.70 cause they are very cool
