dragging and carrying people

If i killed a soldier/woman, how i make the palyer dragging/carrying the victim to my truck for example.

Oh that's a tough one. Can the AI drag/carry? Don't think I've ever seen my teammates do it to me when I'm down. Maybe it's an Action you can use. Look up ArmA Actions in the wiki.

You won't be able to drag any woman for they have no appropriate animations.
