galzohar 31 Posted July 26, 2009 (edited) Right now with some weapons/vehicles the zoom toggle does not work, while holding a key for zoom does work. This is very annoying as I'd like to be able to zoom/unzoom for sustained periods without holding a key. Besides, we have a toggle zoom in/out button, is there any reason for it to not be functional? Not to mention we need more zoom badly, when fully zoomed in seeing a man standing up at a distance of 300m at the airfield was nearly impossible (would not have noticed him if I didn't place him there myself in the firstplace). Reducing fov by 40% (~1.67X global zoom multiplier) made it a bit more possible. That's obviously not even close to all the problems with the zoom feature (I've already mentioned how I'd like scope zoom fixed in multiple other threads), but for a start I'll be happy if all the buttons that I can set up in control settings will work. And well, it should've been either a bump or a repost, as this topic needs to get constant attention until BIS fix it. Could just merge them and bump it.
