I have an TrackIR..an old joystick that I can demolish for the buttons...and old laptop that I can use the LCD off of.

Figure I can use the forward/back axis on the TrackIR for f/b movement..mount two buttons for strafe..use up/down axis for prone/standup. Now if the wife lets me make a big mess :D
