Rain STILL falls through roof 2 years on

I just reinstalled ArmA because I wanted to check out the A.C.E project (excellent work guys) and I was appalled to see that you STILL haven't corrected the rain falling through the roofs of buildings.

Im not trying to be antagonistic but why is this not fixed? I can't see it being a major problem to rectify and I find it really annoying. It is a severe immersion breaker.

I really hope this isnt going to carry on into ArmA 2. Some of you may think it is inconsequential and to some degree it is, which is why it should have been fixed long ago.

Nice to see alot of other stuff fixed btw, Im enjoying being back.

And its scripting wise allmost impossible if ACE should do it. Detecting if you're inside is hard, but making it look like raining when you look out of the window is impossible

Just to let you know ACE Mod is not part of BIS. It would be impossible for ACE devs to recode the game for such issues.

Then again i think its impossible for BIS to do this without redoing there engine.

Ok, there is some confusion here.

I reinstalled ArmA to check out the A.C.E mod. In doing so I noticed that BIS had not fixed the rain problem. I wasnt trying to imply that this was any fault of the A.C.E mod.

I just wanted to clarify that.
