Quad Core

I have a AMD 9500 Quad Core, Nvidia 8400GS, 2Gb Ram, Vista 32-bit and ArmA runs between 10 and 15 FPS can anyone help.

Is extremely week.

Change this to a powerful graphics card + All new drivers, Direct-X updates, Service-Pack1, all other suggested Vista patches and it should run fine!

Yes, your 8400GS is not very good for ArmA. I think it's just your videocard.

What videosettings & resolution are you using?

Same prop here but i have 8800GT and 3Gb ram and

i run ArmA at aprox 25-30fps in a MP...With ALL at

High or Verry High settings...

Try locking arma to 1core from task manager if you havent done already and see if you get better fps as arma is a single theaded game but yeah you should get a better video card for arma

When i do that on MY rig, the performance drop lika a ton

of bricks...

I wouldnt suggest that...

I bet on the gfx card also...And maby the internal ram as

well..
