HIT/ARMOR VALUES

with the patch 1.07 there was published unbinarised config

after this patch BIS inccreased some values, i made my addons using those values and now i have some reports about strange weakness of some vehicles against default BIS with new patch

i have been using google, i was looking with search function, but i found no answer to question:

what are :

- hit values for ammo of vehicles

- armor values of tracked/armored vehicles

or maybe someone from BIS can answer with:

BRDM, BMP2, T72, ABRAMS, M113 values of armor

30 mm of BMP2 cannon, 12,7 hit and etc...

i had reports that my BRADLEY has very weak cannon and cannot easily destroy BRDM

i only know values from published 1.07 and not later

You do know you can extract and convert the config.bin into config.cpp from the game files, right Vilas?

HI Vilas love your addons so far, try this

ArmA Biki

look at ArmA: Vehicles and Weapons. Vehicles will tell you armor levels and weapons will give you hit points, i dont think it takes into account indirectHit points thoug. Hope this helps

thanx for the BIKI link, but is this data for 1.14 or still those values are still from 1.07

and DM , i used OFP unbinarising tool to ARMA config and there was CTD error of tool and it wouldn't extracted config

Use unRAP by Kegetys. Not sure of the link right now (at work) but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

what do you expect when you use OFP tools...

I recently did that--update the armors for HWM's so they are equal with 1.14 , the best place to look would be the hotfix pbo.

okay, i found that 25 mm cannon should be much stronger than mine , updating file sooon
