You've somehow placed a tree outside of the actual map in Visitor??

These are OFP island conversions .. whistle.gif

We can see trees on the island and they are still on the same

position like in OFP / WRPTool.

That value is needed in the map config so that the objects are at

the correct position.

We only work with WRPTool. wink_o.gif

sometimes WRPtool islands got some objects out of the visitor map...

I placed for example in WRPtool a tree out of the grid.. I was never able to delete it in wrptool.

Any ideas how to locate these trees or how to fix it altogether?

Maybe by opening the wrp with a hex editor?

"Out of grid" means in WRP that he placed a tree exact on a grid border.

I got an idea - might work might not.

Highlight all of the map objects. replace all of the trees of that type (that are out of bounds) with another object (just make sure it is an object that you have not used elsewhere in the map). replace them all (which will change all of the highlighted trees).

Then do a delete all (Its been a while since I used wrp tool so bear with me if thats not a function) and delete the trees of the type that are out of bounds. Maybe that will delete all those types of trees that are out of bounds and then just replace all of the new object you converted with the old trees.

I have other ideas if that doesn't work. That seems like it would be easiest.

BTW if there's ever a chance USMC GAIA would ever be converted I would love you (even better, the version of GAIA I created )

Another way may be;

- take note of *exactly* where 1 object, any object is

- highlight all objects

- Drag all objects in any direction and look for one appearing on the border.

- Delete that object and move all other objects back to original position.

..... this assumes the object is just beyond the border, not 1000 meters off the map.

An even simpler method would be to change the View Settings to only display Nature Objects.

Then use SelectObjects script to highlight all the nature objects of the target type.

Then hold shift and drag rectangle over all nature objects on land thereby de-selecting all nature objects except any that are off the map area.

Then press Del.

Hopefully that will remove any stray object.

Try the script which deletes every object outside the given coordinates, should be pretty easy to put it together...
