Recommended Posts

To the BoB crew, F*** EM ALL! You guys are trying, albeit, rather oddly by some of the post you guys have received. But, you are doing more NOW than the people who criticize you. Forget them, and get on with the task at hand. I don't care how old you guys are, just put out a good product, thats all.

Damm it! I want more presents for xmass!

Good luck lads.

That 101st model looks like crap. What's going with the 82nd soldier and his waist? What the hell is that band around his waist? Same with the German soldier. Why are their arms so wierdly shaded and look so wierd. And again, what's with the waist? Besides that the belt is too low. Why is all the webbing clipping the main man model?

I did a quick google search and looked at a variety of pics of paratroopers and none look like what you guys have made.

Bad edits, really.

All WiP.

but the german was in a stage to be split into to different edited models.

clipping occured i would think trying to simulate a belt pulling in a smock.

all are still being worked on.

101st is very early WiP just posting to keep updates rolling

i'm sure your units looked like crap at an early stage banghead.gif

anyways comments will be taken on board and changed accordingly

Maybe it'd be better to show something when it's worth it and not make late excuses that it's an early WiP...

its a screenshot from Bulldozer we don't need to make excuses... we just keep you updated on our progress and if you don't like it then please keep to constructive critisism...

Just because you tag a WIP on it doesn't mean that you're exempt from criticism. And I was being as constructive as I could be with the provided screens. I pointed out the problem areas.

But if you're going to call it an early WIP then you could perhaps coordinate your team by not saying it's 90%, when it's clear that it's simply not.

Also, have you decided what time the mod is going to be actually placed in? On d-day? After D-day? Well after D-day?

Why model seperately the 101st and 82nd? I haven't looked into the unform section of the airborne yet, but I'm willing to say that they wouldn't complicate to have completely seperate gear and uniforms for the 82nd and the 101st.

But our phase 1 release is set for the day of days drop into normandy. and the actions there after.
