Quote[/b] ]but not deal real hardware damage

(Human Hardware)

Causes Damage to Eyes (perminant)

In some cases can cause long term Nerve Damage, Hair loss, Sterility, Deffness, interupt Deep sleep cycles & stimulate production of Cancer cells.

(Digital Hardware)

EMP's "Electro Magnetic Pusle" Damage more Blunt, most electrical Circuts, but mainly Power Flow controlers on any circut board, like resistors/transistors Filling a glass that takes half a, ltr of water with lots more than it can handle or is designed to handle.

Where as HERF's Damages more Specificly Micro Proccesors, which run at anything from 0.2mhz up to 15Ghz+.

But to do any Real damage to a PC CPU at 2Ghz for instance your "High Energy Radio Frequency" beam needs to be somewhat more than 2Ghz think of it like puting Spinning a wheel at 2000rpm to 4000rpm but the wheel is designed only to go at 2100rpm so it will over heat fry & or loose its programing in the process...

however you have to make the beam stronger for longer distances, & unlike EMP's you need a different type of shielding to protect it, even though Eloctromagnetics & Radio frequency share the same physics they are two different things as i understand it.

Basicly HERF's are more Efficiant, cheaper, & simpler to build Version of an EMP, somewhat (could be alot more not sure)Harder to shield from, & can be Focused on a target rather than a area effect.

Also Shielding is Heavy.. So think about this, The Federation Mounts a pulsed HERF geny on an Mig-34 or somthing that can carry a payload, fly over an NATO EW unit & zap they lost everything, not yeh you can shild against it, but defence is never the best form of defence, soldiers can only carry so much, & the best grade Shilding for hand held radio's & NV goggles etc. was a small light puch of mesh under foil material, now thats only going to protect aginst REALY low frquency attack.. your going to need some heavy shilding to stop all your kit from going on the blink.. so thats why its better than lasers & i have read on russian mil spec forums about them gearing up with it..

As one U.S general called HERF technology, its the new AK-47.

By real hardware damage was kind of like maybe puncturing the hull of a tank. Tanks didn't always have firing computers etc, and in the event of EMP and HERF attacks going everywhere, maybe, just maybe, there will be manual backups for much of what is done electronically (except for communications of course) so a tank would still be able to function perhaps after there being an EMP or HERF strike, but a hit from a particle gun could well be even more devastating than any AT weapon currently fielded...

wouldn't it be easier if russia just joined nato just for the fun of it? biggrin_o.gif hell they could just leave if they want too... but i guess old generals in russia and us would go crazy of that thought rofl.gif

That was exactly what Stalin tried to do when NATO was formed, the intention of course was to render it useless, of course, nobody was keen on the idea, so the Russians formed the Warsaw Pact in response.

BUZZARD your totaly right Redundancy system are on most taks, although some of them have "SMART" engine control which would take away there engine use.

Aslo id love to see how long an "iron sighted" tank would last aginst a un damaged T72 at 2k+ although in all probability it would be taken out as a lame duck by teams with Mechanised infantry. (thats my guese on probability for this week lol)

Eight Russian Tupolev Tu-95 bombers were flying in Artic airspace today before they were intercepted by Norwegian and British fighters.

I fail to understand why these were not shot down.

Russia has no allies except a few ex-Warsaw Pact Bananakistan republics, and cannot support a war against the West because of an half-arsed economical infrastructure.

Basically we either starve them to submission, give a Stalingrad-esque touche to a few major cities, and wait for them to sue for peace.

ICBMs wouldn't be a bad idea either, considering it would justify all the taxpayers' hard earned money with awesome FX special effects.

Chenyan terro.... freedom fighters might be of help too. Get an Ayatollah to "Derka Derka Jihad" the Russian government and there would be optimistically a few hundred thousands of Mujahiddens joining in the following weeks.

Lol, Politics, conspiracies and firefighters someone has been figuring out how to leave their mother's basement... Just kidding.

The Aurora in essence of the X-43 is just a prototype testing stress on the structure and aerodynamics of Hypersonic aircraft reaching over Mach 5 and beyond. With Aliens being involved in research is kind of far fetched, its like say Elvis helped research super colliders and anti matter charges. I read the article. Supposedly it sounds like a lazy version of Armageddon instead of send Bruce Willis to destroy the Asteroids, we blow them to oblivion with missiles.

Taking into account how secretive the US were about the F-117 and the time it took until it was officially announced as existing, if I were the US and had a super plane that could go anywhere so fast that nobody could catch it (I wonder if there are missiles that could catch up with it? huh.gif ) , then I'd also keep it under wraps until I'd have it's successor in store before starting to sing about it to the public...

And Wmdaniel, we're talking about the US here, yeah, those with the army that were willing to endorse the movie "Independence Day" all the way if only the name of Area 51 would be changed to something else... Because, still today, the US say Area 51 does not exist, although satellite photos have already revealed its existance to the world... so... nope, you won't fool me!! tounge2.gif

THEY ARE OUT THERE!!!

Don't you listen to Coast to Coast AM? Area 51 is too high profile now. The aliens and their craft are now kept at the old biological and chemical testing grounds in Colorado...duh. rofl.gif

My theory on "black projects" is simple. If you have heard about it, its out-dated and old news.

The fact that there is so much info on the Aurora project only says to me that the US has something better. Well lets hope, or someone is deserved a bigger tax refund. tounge2.gif

Maybe they finally got that saucer that crashed at Roswell working. wow_o.gificon_rolleyes.giftounge2.gif

Actually, DoD has declassified the existance of Groom Lake AFB, commonly known as Area 51. But... the stuff itself is classified. Although atleast U-2, SR-71 and Have Blue/F-117 have been largely tested and partially developed there, and they've used the place to research Soviet aircraft such as MiG-17s and -21s.

wouldent 8 be more like a bomber group doing a dry run?

also check this out, I think the Finns over reackted a bit..

Cargo plane.

3 minutes thats what stands out to me.

Quote[/b] ]HELSINKI, Finland - Russia has acknowledged that one of its aircraft violated Finnish airspace last week, but said it was unintentional, Finland's Foreign Ministry said Thursday.

A Russian military transport plane flew about 3 miles into Finnish airspace along the southern coast for three minutes Sept. 14, prompting Finland to demand an explanation from Moscow.

"According to Russia's investigation, the violation of airspace was not intentional; it was caused by inadequate exchange of information between the flight crew and ground stations," the ministry said.

"Russia regretted the incident and proposed that specialist discussions be held so that corresponding situations could be avoided in future."

Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva said he was satisfied with the explanation and welcomed the proposal for talks.

Last year, Russia apologized for violating Finnish airspace following about a dozen such incidents over a period of two years and a protest from Finland.

International airspace over the Gulf of Finland between the southern Finnish coast and Estonia is narrow, and military experts said such violations can be expected.

Russian planes, mostly military transports, frequently fly between Russia's Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad and bases near the city of St. Petersburg.

Finland's Baltic neighbors to the south, the former Soviet states of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia, have made similar complaints of Russian air violations. In October 2005, a Russian fighter jet crashed in Lithuania.

also if this is the new Tactics NATO is using id rather fight for the rusky's if it comes down to it, hey at least you know who's screwing you.

U.S/NATO sniper tactics against civilians.

these sections stood out to me.

Quote[/b] ]We believe that our client has done nothing more than he was instructed to do by superiors,"

the old Spinless soldier's Moto.. confused_o.gif although "taining & brainwashing can bare some of the blame id say.

Quote[/b] ]Army has a classified program that encourages snipers to "bait" (Area's) for potential targets and then kill whoever takes the bait.

Thats just sick.. although when they say bait it could be anything from an MP3 player, a bit of wire oddly placed, to a part of a rifle. (i duno but if i saw somthing like that in my area or near my land I'd want to see what it was..

& lastly

Quote[/b] ]The Army on Monday declined to confirm such a program exists.

"To prevent the enemy from learning about our tactics, techniques and training procedures, we don't discuss specific methods targeting enemy combatants,"

bring your eye's to this fraze and hault a second. To prevent the enemy

so any one who picks up somthing odd out of curiosity is an "Enemy" thats getting a little desperate to even up the kill to death ratio dont you think??

So this is Nato tactics on occupation.. so where did i put that russian course on cd i had.. goodnight.gif

you can see similar "deranged" mentality's with the U.S/Nato "Active Denial systems" EMF millimeter wave "Guns"

The Colonel Interviewd said alot more on this but this version was cut short, he was asked is there any defence from it & he replyed

Quote[/b] ]yes you could use kitchen aluminum foil, or you would have to cover up every section of exposed skin with a tightly knit material including eye's & mouth as the beam follows optical laws of disperstion, once it hits somthing, but if you resisted to much we would concider you a threat & probably shoot you if you tried to hard, as we would assume you were an enemy.

it also was admited that it caused in some of the 10,000+ soldiers it was tested on, Cateracts on the eye's.

Cornea Dammage, the skin also acted as if it had 2-3rd degree burns in some cases. (even though it hadent.)

there are loads of government documented injury's caused by this thing if you do some searching.

Point is Is this sort of machavellian Ideoligy is unaceptable, & seems to be going along the fallen & inhuman lines of the 5.56 design concept.

so whats your thoughts..

this is whats next brothers... sad_o.gif it dont take much to make this a hunter killer..
