stegman 3 Posted July 25, 2007 For OFP there was a Command Ref, this listed all the commands, weapons, vehicle classes, animations etc.etc. Is there such a thing for ArmA yet? I know about the Wiki but i have to be honest, it's fairly sketchy and not very explanatory. Is there a simple Com ref for ArmA?

ManDay 0 Posted July 25, 2007 It's not a wiki... IT'S A BIKI GODDAMNIT! btw: I didn't know that OFP had a better reference than what we currently got in the Biki ... can only remember a small XML-File with rather nothing explained.

Try to open new topics in the appropriate location.  So sorry, i couldn't find a thread that looked right btw: I didn't know that OFP had a better reference than what we currently got in the Biki ... can only remember a small XML-File with rather nothing explained. There was also a little PDF version. I guess i just got used to that one. Never mind eh? EDIT: I just had a look at the 'BiKI', and the animations have huge names! How the heck am i gonna remember those? Not as simple as: {Man switchmove "effectstandsitdown"} is it? Oh well.

crashdome 3 Posted July 26, 2007 I made a small tool called Wiki Command which will take an export of the wiki (read the readme) and turn it into an xml document. It is not a viewer!! I try to explain that the program is to export the XML formatted commands to be used in something else. You can find both the Wiki Command and a relatively recent version of the XML output here Now, because the "biki" isn't fully 100% clean (as to be expected) the export needs to be cleaned up and thus you might find an error or two in the XML that needs to be manually corrected. You can take this XML and use it anyway you like which is nice... you can make your own HTML page or even use Word/Excel to format it if you want.

=BFP=Cheetah 0 Posted August 3, 2007 Mr Peanut has been working on a command reference in offline pdf format. It is the same as the www.ofpec.com command reference, only then in pdf format with working links. You can find it on www.ofpec.com, in the Editors Depot.
