AK-74(M-ish) Reskin

Looking for some crits on my first attempt at texturing. For the most part it was completely from scratch (my own bases, etc) its about 90% done, i tried to mimic the AK74M, the grip is somewhat inaccurate, but im overall pleased with it. I was also wondering if maybe some of you config wizards out there could maybe help me in trying to make it a replacement through a mod or .pbo, instead of having to ovveride the BIS default .pbo, which caused some problems in my Desert M4 replacement. any crits/help is appreciated!

looks ok but the ak74m doesnt have ribs on the receiver top

Well since it doesn't seem to have a folding stock it's probably a plastic-furniture AK74 and then ribbed topcover is ok. Looks nice to me

The ribbs were there because original AK's upper receiver was made via sheet-forming.

Now IIRC the M upper receiver is milled. Thus no ribs.

ok then maybe i will just make it into a synthetic and not an actual AK74M, damn and i spent so long getting that lower foregrip right lol.

Problem with the AK74M is that the weapon is different to the normal AK74 so a retexture doesnt do the job. What about making a late era Ak-74? One that was a dark purple colour like this. An east german one.
