callaway 0 Posted March 31, 2007 Is there any way to reduce the in-vehicle sounds so that I can hear my TS better? Thanks for your help in advance. EDIT: I wanted to mention that I do like the vehicle sounds, they are very realistic and "scary" on the battlefield, they just don't work well running TS. Heatseeker 0 Posted March 31, 2007 Tell others to shout on their mics. It adds to the experience. <span style='color:red'><span style='font-size:13pt;line-height:100%'>"BUURP!"</span></span> <span style='color:blue'><span style='font-size:13pt;line-height:100%'>"VRRHRHRRRR!..".</span></span> <span style='color:red'><span style='font-size:13pt;line-height:100%'>WHAT?</span></span> . Millenium7 0 Posted March 31, 2007 I'd like to see ArmA work alongside TS, or even the 'others' (vent users) by including another slider and checkbox in the audio options, which if you check and set to say 30% will reduce all ingame sounds to 30% volume when somebody else talks, and then jack it back up when they stop Cause at the moment it really sucks, can't hear anyone when in or near a vehicle or if your burst or auto firing. Want to be able to actually hear the game, yet I don't want to blast my ears out by turning TS volume up either. Keep them the same with TS taking priority when necessary
sickboy 13 Posted March 31, 2007 Options: - Up your TS output volume, set keybinds in the settings for it. - Put up the ingame radio volume, pull it above your effects volume
Infam0us 10 Posted March 31, 2007 Turn down ArmA, turn up TS
Desrat 0 Posted April 1, 2007 Turn down ArmA, turn up TS yes but turning down the radio chatter in game also turns down the voloume of TS. Only soloution is to turn down the in game volumes for music and effects, whilst leaving radio reasonably high.
