L3adCannon 0 Posted March 14, 2007 Whenever I create a squad in arma editor, the default level of skill is minimum on the suckers. It`s bloody annoying to go through all the men and set it to mid or max. Is there a way to change the default skill level? Sry if this is the wrong place to make such a thread. fasad 1 Posted March 14, 2007 You could create a squad with the settings you like, then copy and paste them. Editor groups are defined in the config, so if you are really keen you could create an addon that allows you to place groups of different skill settings. snkman 351 Posted March 14, 2007 Well i think setSkill (Random 0.20) - setSkill (Random 0.30) is good for normal skills. Since patch 1.05 the AI was very improved.
dmarkwick 261 Posted March 14, 2007 You can also enable "Super-AI" in options.
Wolfrug 0 Posted March 14, 2007 In the init field of the leader, write: {_x setskill 1} foreach units group this Copy/paste into new groups as you see fit. Will result in whole team having full skill. Enjoy. Regards, Wolfrug
Severity6 0 Posted March 24, 2007 You can also enable "Super-AI" in options. What does Super AI actually do? I'm guessing it makes all the AI units Expert. Is that correct?

Yes, once you set super AI it overrides the skill settings in the difficulty options and the mission editor, setting AI to the highest skill.
