-dead- 1 Posted May 30, 2007 I am using the correct shortcut! Exactly as you have written BTW I am using Kegetys' ARMA launcher..... EDIT: I tried creating my own shortcut to the beta, adding the line -mod=FDF_Sounds , now ARMA starts with the message ''Addon 'Desert' requires addon 'CARoads'' and I get a CTD straight from the main menu before I can do anything! Any idea what I am doing wrong? Here's how I got it to work: 1. Copy the "FDF_Sounds" folder into the "beta" folder. 2. Alter the beta shortcut so it reads "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA\beta\arma.exe" -mod=FDF_Sounds;beta -nosplash Presumably you can add any other mods using the same method: eg. -mod=FDF_Sounds;some_other_mod;yet_another_mod;beta Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
