Guest Posted February 5, 2002 Ghost Recon blows chunks. Waste of my $40. Yea it might have purty textures, but what else does it have? answer: nothing!

SpaceAlex 0 Posted February 6, 2002 Blah, crap review. Ghost Recon is crap and it deserves 1 star for graphic.
r71 0 Posted February 6, 2002 GR has good clan ladders and thats what counts online. All the clan ladders I see for OFP are not active. In fact I just played 2 matches today. OFP has alot more to it but Ghost Recon is set up better for clan ladder play.

ralphwiggum 6 Posted February 6, 2002 One word: Idiocy This reviewer obviously does not understand that OFP is NOT Quake-wannabe-FPS but an infantry sim. The problem with these guys is that they play for 5 hrs and write whatever they could think of. Unfortunately, OFP is not a game where you train for 1hr and blow things up 4hrs. Doesn't matter if you are a seasoned veteran; your probability of success is independent of your previous records. You could get run over, have a helo drop from sky onto you, the situation is never identical. This reviewer at least acknowledges that. He said, "there are limitless ways to end missions"(or something like that) He probably got scared by how good OFP is, and decided to be defensive.
