Kapyong 0 Posted October 26, 2006 G'day, iam Kapyong (aka XtremeSerb) and iam from Falcon Wing Studios, a newly formed addon studio that specialises in making top notch addons for OFP, and soon, ArmA. As of right now we have 2 major projects running that we plan to carry on into ArmA. Theese projects are Australian Defence Force: Modern Combat! and Euroforce: Mercinaries. As of right now for the ADF:MC! mod, we have completed our Weapons pack and now working on infantry. Our ADF Infantry pack will include: 2nd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Infantry 3rd Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment Paratroopers 1st Commando Battalion Commandos Special Air Service Regiment Troopers Tactical Assault Group- East CT troops. Our East Timor island is 90 done just having to sort out some vegetagion issues and land terrain. Big thanks to Mcnools for his help with the island work. Like to note that as of right now and for the planned beta BAS objects will be used, but we are wokring hard on the ADF Objects pack. The timorese and Indonesian forces are in the texutring stage at this very moment. Euroforce: Mercs is still in its primative stages, ut textures and models are being finalised and sorted by our talented addon makers. Kapyong 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Falantil forces assisted the INTERFET forces (australian), so we will be making them resistance. and for the more modern look, the ADF will go up agasint the Falantil with the 06 bout. Kapyong 0 Posted October 27, 2006 kinda mate, a lot of us ar ex ADF mod but we left after things wernt done, however, all our addons are our own, none have been stolen from the ADF mod and we respect thier works, hence we are starting up the INTERFET campaign in East Timor, as opposed to thier fictional attack on Australia. Thanks for all the support guys, in the last 24 hrs, Downtown Dilli has been made as well as Dilli Airport, ADF troops are being finalised and work on the land vehicles pack will commence within a week. Kapyong 0 Posted October 28, 2006 Howdy all. Work on the Euro Mercs is coming along nice. We are planning on youusing our custom models and textures, and borrow some european weapons from any addon maker, as we are young aussies, we dont have a clue about the prospects of Euro weapons. If anyone is willing to donote or assist in the making/texutring/configing of any of the Euroforce weapons pack, please contact myself or leave a post on this thread. Work is going well consdering we have only been up for 2 weeks. The island of East Timor is at 98% completion, with some terrain bugs to sort out. After the completion of East Timor we will release a beta of it, then commence work on a European Island. We are still debating over what type of island we will use (ie, Mederterranian, Eastern Euro, Western Euro, ect ect.
