Can somebody make a mech?Iam not talking about those BIG monsters,but something like robotic battlesuit

there was one by phillcommando but it has UGLY and REALLY slow animations

Well... there exists a Powered Suit addon... don't remember who made it, but it looks like this...

It doesn't have walking animations, although it makes a sound as if it were walking. It can fly though, which is neat. It's not perfect, for under normal circumstances you should be able to see the pilot of it in the cockpit, but that only happens when you "turn out". When you "turn out" however, the body of the pilot becomes "intermeshed" with the powered suit. It has two weapons: a minigun in the right arm, 1580 ammo, and a grenade launcher in the left arm, 45 ammo. It's a vehicle classified as "west", and is hardly taller than a soldier.

The only other "mech"-type addon I know that is as small as the mechs made by PhilCommando is PhilCommando's A.P.U. - mech based on the mech/powered suit that appeared in the "Matrix - Reloaded" and "Matrix Revolutions" movies. It's a lot taller than a soldier, more likely to approach the size of the other mechs made by Philcommando. Weapon is "Laser Cannon", 1000 ammo with 1 reload. It is classed exclusively East, as armored, but it's not classed as a vehicle you can use - it's classed as "armored", but you can't enter or exit the vehicle, there is no "empty" for this vehicle, also no "turn in" and "turn out". This may have something to do with the configuration of this mech; it walks but it's walking has the same speed as a normal soldier addon, meaning it gets a little quirky, in my opinion... anyway, here's a comparative pic of the two and a unit to better scale the mechs...

Well, I don't even remember where I got the addon from but it was accessible, and I don't know who did it, and lacking any readme saying I shouldn't distribute it, I don't know, but perhaps I could send it somewhere to be hosted... What's the modus operandi in this situation?

Look for "Heavey Gear Strider Pack 1.0"..has some small/large mechs which aren't even that bad..too bad it never got finished.

Yeah, I have that pack, too, but since it's "themed" I don't think one can use it with the rest of the "generic mech" addons so well... The Mini-Gears are awesome units, even if their body parts aren't all visibly connected...

But they're great, albeit, as I said, I think that due to their "lively camo", they sting a bit... plus, the bigger mechs don't have anims, nor can they fly... which is a shame for someone like me who actually has played Heavy Gear 1...

But that archive is BIG and its boring to find a single addon in thousand of addons

Well, since as I said I don't remember where I got it from and nobody else seems to have a lead on it, I could send it somewhere to be hosted... Just tell me where I can upload it... It's a 629kb zip file containing a 782kb .pbo...
