From what I gather, cap_wagner just bought OFP and his CDROM isn't working well enough to install.

He appears from a country that English isn't his language? (that still doesn't account for major typos like "fleshpoint?")

This is a common problem I know....

Things you could try:

Try posting a msg in the "Troubleshooting" section

Try blowing out your CDROM

Try installing from another CD Drive (even across network"

Borrow someones CD Drive

Try copying contents of CD to HDD and install that way

Try the "Search" feature of these forums

Better answers within "Troubleshooting" area
