Thomas Ryan 0 Posted August 10, 2006 Hey mate, feel free to invite -{GOL}- along for the final exam. I bet they would be pretty interested in the idea. Great project, keep it up! P.S Also, well done to h3adache and U_U for their proggress!
dmakatra 1 Posted August 10, 2006 I've already contacted the Royal Marines and it seems as if they will be the final exam. However, that is still a few weeks away so I'm looking forward to the joint-op with GOL that we've planned. Anyway, I'm here to report why there has been no blogging. The simple answer is that there's nothing to report. I've actually been hunting replacements and new cadets the past few days. This is because you can only go that far on a four-man team, as we don't seem to scrounge up anymore than that. That being said, I've found Bravo. He's had computer problems but seems to have fixed it now. I've booted out Zorko for never being on MSN, booted out uWiSH for inactivity and booted out DoGGo because he has computer problems and can't fix them for another 2 weeks - by that time the project will be close to finished anyway. Who the replacements are is hard to... define. They seem to have no problem what-so-ever with the sign-up application but whenever they get on MSN they seem to mysteriously vanish on me, be it in the middle of a conversation or never going online at all. Anyway, I've found two that's certain replacements; LoteZ (whom I've already drilled with basic training) and Punkbuster.

XCess 0 Posted August 12, 2006 One of the most interesting projects in Flashpoint since... ECP 1.085. Really can't wait to see how well your recruits do againsts a real clan/squad. Wish my comp was working so I could join in
j w 0 Posted August 12, 2006 ...the joint-op with GOL that we've planned... omg, wich side should I be on? Anyways, it was too bad I had to leave last night, but Ices face was a great laugh
dmakatra 1 Posted August 14, 2006 XCess: The pink flying ponies were definetly more interesting than this. JW: GOL's side of course, I just take advantage of OFP-vets during trainings and I don't need them during joint-ops. Seriously, OFP-vets are great for doing the dishes, taking the dog out for a walk (or in my case, my neighbour's as it's barking as hell all the time), picking up girls for you, etc. Anyway, blog updated! http://project-flashpoint.blogspot.com

chipper 0 Posted August 15, 2006 The spotting problems always affects OFP newbies. I used to always shoot bushes thinking they were enemy soldiers rofl.
lilwillie 47 Posted August 15, 2006 Just wanted to say, I enjoy your blog. I just went threw it all today and it is a good read. Wish I had that much MP experience under my belt. Good stuff, keep it up.
dmakatra 1 Posted August 16, 2006 Wish I had that much MP experience under my belt. I don't. I was in a co-op clan for about three weeks, that's about that. The rest of the stuff I teach is common sense, tactics developed on my own and stuff I've found in field manuals, globalsecurity.org, wikipedia, etc. No blog-update yesterday, mostly because nothing interesting happened.
