troop 0 Posted February 13, 2002 Seems he is still awaiting some answer from BIS regarding environment sound entries. On 02/10 he wrote about in another german forum (people there also awaiting his SoundPack for 1.42 [im]patiently There seem to be some problems with the environment sounds and the Jungle Everon addon(when it's installed), which (unintended) seems to modify the terrain properties (streets and driving over land) for all other islands as well. (heavy dust when driving on roads, slow speed on roads, ect.) Also, the wrong sound is then played. That is why he contacted BIS and it seems, he is still waiting for their answer. He already stated elsewhere, that he wants it to be (as)'perfect'(as it can be). Also he wishes to upload one complete pack and not additional 'fixes' later. I think, it will be _well_ worth the wait, when it's done, you all listened to his samples, no? Great job, he does.
