Isn't illegal unless it is shared and it the in-game cursor. We own everything, we can put the music onto CD and not illegal, and I've dome that for personal use ONLY.

He's Chinese ,somehow i suspect that even going so detailed in English was hard for him ,so give him some slack we get the point don't we?

Probably he just wants something relating to ofp ,like an M16 cursor that shoots the icons when you click.
