I saw in the editor (1.96) the function CheatsEnabled.

Obsolete command ?

maybe the savegame cheat is disabled when CheatsEnabled=false?

I found in the campaign Resistance, Mission 4

Init.sqs :

? CheatsEnabled : Hint "DEBUG:\nNot defined - initializing"

i think its to disable the cheats like.. in the campaign you cheat so far then you cant cheat no more and you get court marsheled or something lol

thats what i think though

This is not about cheats in multiplayer games - this is

about cheats in singleplayer and especially in editor

modus.

For mission editors, cheats are quite useful, when it comes

to testing the functionality of their missions.

This cheatsenabled function was for sure used by BIS to

do so wink_o.gif

If you depbo resistance campaign, you will find some cheat

triggers also, just that they aren't active.

Lol, those cheats work in MP aswell as in SP, i accidently lagged the server a bit when i tested it, pressed - then typed savegame. lol u can guess what happened. The MP mission saved slowing down a skit server.

I use PBOTool 1.1 (for the 20 poly models i want to test)

and PBO Decryptor 1.5 (for missions i want to edit / look in to)

this tool is way better. you can check scripts, the config, textures or the model without unpboing it! also it is veeery fast compared to those others.

btw: it can unpbo pbo' with config.bin... DePbo can't.
