Mustang GTR

I know you know what you are talking about but I have limited experiance with configuring, so make me the wiser.

My idea is to put on the action menu turbo on and turbo off. Has anyone done this?

Yes the buggie's Turbo boost is part of the car's action menu... (I think...)... or was it config'd as a weapon? Uhhh, have to drive them again... tounge_o.gif

Still trying to get my head around the wonderfull world of configurations. The cars are complete just want them to work how I intend it to. Have a look and let me know if anyone wants to join in the Mustang development.

Nice! Could you release one set without any extra scripts (like you did with the first release) and one with? I'm not too much into cd-scripting etc, and I loved the first car's performance...

for the record: the second release was mine.. it had nothing to do with cell7. im just sayin this for those that didnt like or want the CD Player as not to blame him for it. that was my doing smile_o.gif

I know it was you who did the coding, and I didn't intend to "blame" anybody for it- heck, there's a lot of stuff I don't download, but they're ok to exist for ppl who like them that way. I just feared there wouldn't be a future "simple" release and that the future releases would only script-heavy... xmas_o.gif

light bug

as i theorized try adding all the vehicles into the cfg patchs and cfg models section of the config like what i did with the neon street racers version. cfg models section.. each sub of it MUST be the exact model name.. not the class name

1_mustangs.jpg

in case anyone is interested in an update.

added neon versions along side the orginals.

CD player option is currently takin OUT. so no music.

the nitro is still there however. but you only can use it once!

the neon versions are considered "Street Racers" and differ only a tad bit from the original versions in that they have a script that auto repairs and refuels the cars every half second. this is due to OFP racing is not without hazords and bumping a tree doin 190 becuz the stupid thing wont turn at those speeds wil knock you out of the race. not anymore. but thats ONLY on the street racer (neon) variants. thats it.

and you still have the others for civilian usage.

currently trying to iron out the light bug (light always on) bug thats exsistant with the new variants of his (black, blue, red, convertable). other then that they are shaping up nicely. smile_o.gif

Hope the car is gonna be rescaled, seemed pretty big against the other cars in OFP.

The cars are to scale. The wheel base is standard and close to most other car releases.

I thought to proxy the engine but when I did the engine did'nt show in game. What do I need to do? Does the engine p3d need a mention in the Mustang cpp or does it need one of its own?

Kinda looks huge compaired to the Challanger, Mustangs are more Sadoka sized. Being compacts vs midsized like the Challanger. Its a much larger car than the mustang ever was.
