There wont be peace after this, it´s one of the longest war of this centry and we know how russians diplomatic relations with chechnya was before, well some of you. The election i 96 I belive proved how russian diplomacy works, by starting the war all over. Putin likes to talk and thats the only thing he can do, russians gonna pull out once the oil runs out. Actually ,the fear is that parts of the russian Nuclear arsenal may fall into the hands of terrorists.There is already big fear about a number of suitcase nuke's russia once produced that "dissapeared" in some numbers and for wich people fear they could be sold on the market.

Another thing is russia's maintainance of it's material ,hardly very good and as thus worrying ,take the example of the kursk as one ,te possibilety for accidents are there.

There are already agreements between the states about shortening the nuclear arsenal. But going farther and establishing international control over it is unlikely, at least in our times.

Crackerjack, i will not cast aspersions on yourself to personally attack you, but do understand this.

The rest of the world have no quarells with anyone who seeks self determination, but do so peacefully and on the negotiation table for to choose the path of violence is to condemn all to death, as those seeking self determination may not have the mandate of the majority and will be dealt as criminals under state laws, but the world is still prepared to listen to u and willing to lend a listening ear.

However mankind has always use religion as a tool to control the masses throughout history, for in the absence of the almighty, many claim to speak thru his voice and others who fear punishment throughout eternity usually toe the line.

Which other faith has used such tools than militant islam who had twisted that peaceful religion into something which appeals to simple minded folks who have no jobs and no future to die for their faith so that they may have 72 virgins and screw for eternity? Women to be submissive to their husbands and men is paramount in all things even no need to be monogamous? Very appealing theory to men who no longer seeks reasoning and logic and just put their faith onto the state's religion, free to murder anyone including defenseless women and children just because not of their religion in the name of protecting their faith which just any village mullah can declare war, dont even need the head of state or secular organs to decide upon.

The world has tolerated for years such theories in the respect of freedom to worship rights. However, years have proven scumbags can twist such a religion to their own interpretation and use fools to achieve their own ambitious aims and we have witness unprecedented horror committed against the rest of the world from such beasts who killed non-combatants shouting the name of the same God that good muslims kneel to, for its only such a faith that such society allows fringe elements to exist without control and unchecked.

My point is, its only such a religion from which we saw horror emaniating from, and worse still, anyone who speaks up is considered a discriminating element who denys others a right to worship their god, and many such beasts get misplaced sympathy which is taken advantage of, therefore eluding the justice that should be taken against such beasts, not contained within a country, but supported by fellow other religious states who on one side denounce them but on the other hand give them food, water and condem the rest of the world for persecuting them.

That´s still the case. We are for example not allowed to have nukes and our submarines for example are limited in size and amount. A lesson learnt throughout WW2. So there is indeed weapon control in germany.

That's not what i meant by saying "internatinal control" The amount of nukes in Russia's nuclear arsenal is in fact internationally controled too. I'm of course not a specialist in politics but as i remember in the years of Cold War Germany was under total control of USA (or countries of the West so to say) and USSR. Or wasn't it total?

phil Im not here either to make personal attacks Im here to talk about Chechnya.

Offcorse they choose path of violence its a war out there. This isnt something that happaneds once in a while, people are dying on the battlefield all across the Chechnya every day.

Islam is a different religion and culture and I do not expect you to understand any of it, if they choose to live their way that is non of any others bussines.

And all that talk about listening, noone has and noone will because this will be forgotten in a month or so but they will still keep dying. Russians have expelled all foren aid agencies and do not alow any supervision and that tells only one thing.

The thing about repelling other religions that´s where you are wrong, muslims are more tollerable then Christianity, I dont have time to rable on about munks in africa, crusades and holocast.
