The mission pack contains the following missions:

1. Desert Airbourne, adapted from the official 1985 Cold War

  Crisis Campaign's "Airbourne" mission.

2. Desert Pavehawk Transport, adapted from the official single player

  mission "B03: Chinook".

I had to make several modifications to the original missions. In particular,

I removed the optional objective in the original version of the "Airbourne"

mission to eliminate the Russian APCs, as Pavehawks are not equipped with

rockets or missiles.

I've also modified the town and village names in the mission briefings

and messages to reflect the different names given to the same locations

on the Desert Everon map.

If you have any recommendations on improving or correcting anything wrong

with these missions, just email me and tell me so. The address is just

below the top of this document.

Regarding the "mix" of addons, it's very minimal actually. Desert Everon is obvious. All of the other BAS addons, except of the D's & R's, are required for the Pavehawks, and I couldn't resist using the Combat Team's M113's for a perfect.

the problem wih the addon is that only a few people know how to play with modfolders and so on. Most of the player that I see everyday is still playing with RES only and jump from on c&h or dm to another ...

I L-U-V these Addons and tried searching google with "ofp lsr mission" and stuff like that and never found any...now ther comes the Lady and giv es us plenty of Missions! Loved your Special Forces Missions with the LSR guys and i'm sure i'm gonna love these here as much!!

If i only had the time to learn scripting ofp missions then i would love to do some with these addons, i already had many ideas...

I really don't know scripting.

Start like I did. Play the "Steal The Car Mission". Then UnPBO a copy of it and examine it in the Mission Editor and look at its files in NotePad.

ehm, when i try to start one of these missions, especially those with the chinooks, i get the missing addon message for these BAS-Addons, which i can't find anywhere, not even with google...

hmmm.... you do know it means the BAS chinook, right? Find it over at @War or something. But you're right, it's not listed above.

I know i know, but it's not the nromal BAS Chinook you can download everywhere, because i did that and the same error popped up....so it must be a later or special version of the chinook...

I've fixed the missing addons messages errors. Download the updated pack from the same link as in this thread's first post.

FYI, none of the BAS Chinook files are required for these missions.
