Charlie_McSheenie 1 Posted January 6, 2002 sweet, i just reformatted my hard drive to get rid of these pock marks things plauging my games. installed castle wolfenstein sp demo and then opf (with all the patches and all the add-ons i got) and i got a benchmark of 2995(!!!!). so having merely 2 games on my pc improved performance considerably

My 'puter had over 2000 in WinXP and approx 1600 in WinME. OFP runs alot faster in WinME on my computer (P3,512mb,gf3,all scsi). I think it only calculates the performance by looking at the amount of ram, the amount of ram on your video-card and the amount of megahertz on the cpu... Damage Inc 0 Posted January 6, 2002 No graphics card? I'm sure you have a graphics card or otherwise you wouldn't see anything on your screen.

Guest Posted January 6, 2002 1391 P3 850 896MB's PC133 RAm GF2MX I always thought that it was a CPU benchmark based upon your CPU alone? What to get first Athlon XP1500 or GF3 ti200?

Placebo 29 Posted January 6, 2002 I get 9999999999, and yes I have edited my cfg file It's a meaningless benchmark after all, as are most benchmarks, either the game runs well or it doesn't if it doesn't find out why and resolve it, if it does then who cares about a number? Not me that's for sure
