pazuzu 21 Posted June 20, 2004 Hi, I'm having trouble playing more than one music file in the mission I'm making. I have 3 ogg files in my music folder but only one will play & only in the first trigger I've set for the intro/cutscene. When I set another trigger to play another music file for later in the game the trigger will work for text but the music wont play. I'm making this mission for OFP Cold war crisis v1.46. Is there a limit for size of music files in this version? Oh & not only will the custom music not play but also the stock music from editor... Thanks
MEDICUS 0 Posted June 21, 2004 Did you fade the first musicpart out (time fademusic 0)? If you did that, yu'll have to fade it in again (time fademusic 10) or you won't be able to hear any music. Did you write it correctly in the desxription.ext? Like this:<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">class CfgMusic{ tracks[]= {}; Â Â Â Â class music1{name="music1";sound[]={\music\music1.ogg,db+12,1};titles[]={};}; Â Â Â Â class music2{name="music2";sound[]={\music\music2.ogg,db+12,1};titles[]={};}; Â }; Mfg MEDICUS
Chris Death 0 Posted June 21, 2004 Quote[/b] ]time fademusic 10 hmm - time fadeMusic 1 should do it aswell - 0 - 1 is the usual range of ofp's volume btw - by saying: your stock doesn't play aswell anymore after your first song, then i guess it must have to do with what Medicus said - somewhere you must have faded out your music to stop it from playing. ~S~ CD
MrZig 0 Posted June 21, 2004 Right before your new music, put playmusic "" Then no music will play, then it'll work I think (Hope that's your problem)
