Mungari island

P4 2.26GHz, Geforce4 MX 440, 756mb RAM. Low Terrain Detail, Viewdistance 2000m. Hardly crappy.....maybe I've just got an older version of one of the addons?

I got 2 computers 1 with XP specs are:

AMD Athlon XP 3000 Mhz

2048MB DDR Ram

350GB harddisk

Direct X 9.0b

GeForce FX5900XT 128MB

No Lag at all on this computer.

other PC specs are:

AMD Athlon 1400Mhz

512MB Ram

80GB harddisk

Direct X 9.0b

GeForce4 MX440

No lag on this computer neither.

I think you got antialiasing on in your preference turn it off.

Or you Video Card needs a update my GeForce MX440 card use 4.13.01.3082 drivers.

I don't run any AA or Antistrophic Filtering. And I have the most recent drivers. I suspect an older addon somewhere....I don't get this lag with anything else other than Tonal. The lag isn't due to my card, since I can run everything else in OFP (and other games for that matter) just fine. Guess I'll just have to track this one down.... sad_o.gif

Fisrtly, Im happy to see that ppl like it and dont get lot of lag on it(99% of them lol). That was my main idea to give you a new island using these objects without lot of lag.

Secondly, like most of u, i prefer the reallights but the problem is that can found their object in the object browser sad_o.gif so the best i can do its to replace all streetlamp with the 3WX streetlamp who look a bit dark.

Thirdly, about the swamp, put it in june(low water level) instead of may and you'll see the difference. Don't forget to use the script provide by BAS to keep all AI soldier in the "UP" position.

If so I'm going to try and cook up some jagged alliance style multiplayer missions with Sinews of war if possible. That'd be really nice.

@Scorpion ,the reallights are in the ammo menu I think.

3WX streetlamp brightness will be addressed in version 1.1, ETA about a week. I'll also add mission editor placeable version too. smile_o.gif

Ah thats a good new, I'll be able to fix light problem with these light and big dark square in the same time smile_o.gif

P.S. AGS, can u make a yellow streetlight too ? Im pretty sure its not lot of work to add a new yellow streetlight who'll be base on your new brightness and ppl will like it.

Very nice island. I love how diverse the enviroment. I also like how there are different islands and how they are connected. Very nice stuff. Good job. Maybe the airport should have a dirt runway. In most of the small islands/third world countries they have dirt runway insted of cement. Just a thought. Good job tho ! smile_o.gif
