I don't know if there is a limit as such (do you mean for one object?) but your PC will determine a playable limit, that is for sure wink_o.gif

Once you will have more than 32767 vertices or faces, your model will stop working because of 16-b index overflow. Other than that, there should be no fixed limit.

Number of vertices is linked to the number of points, but it is usually higher (and you cannot check this number in O2).

8000 is not too much for a building... i saw an ak in betastadium with over 1500 polys.

wow BradMick i also use LightWave 3D for modeling.. im working on a few models my self, which will be put into OFP2 later on once all the tools and the game it self is released.

how good are you with lightwave?

maybe we could talk sometime and exchange screen shots of our work.. maybe even start a group of LightWave modelers.

any ways its good to see other people using this powerful program.

if you want to chat about LW and OFP models my ICQ is #122948308

And, does anyone know if it is possible to do a walker animation that makes it look cool?

Damm. Guess I'll have to throw away that model I'm making with 32768 faces wink_o.gifcrazy_o.gif
