Aa addons or effect

Hi there,

We at Pulse Studios have always tried to make the most cinematic and involving missions on the OFp comunity.

As of now that could all end if we can't find the right addons or effects for our missions. So now we are asking if anyone here knows of any good flak or modern AA stationary weaponary? Also is there any good sky textures out there that work as the latest ones don't seem to?

Download the WGL Mod and play it in their A-10 with A WGL Shilka around, the airburst and dispersion effects kick ass.

The MTLB addon pack and BAS's OPFOR pack has stationary 23mm Flak stations, but I haven't seen much of anything else regarding that. You aren't looking for World War II AAA weapons, I hope not. Yuck....

With the WGL Mod, you can even use other aircraft like the F/A-18C pack or Footmunch's F-16 pack which I VERY highly recommend you download if you don't have it already.

The Bomb Dust clouds will only show up on bombs dropped by WGL aircraft, but the AAA and Realistic SAM speeds make aircraft missions feel like you are in Falcon 4.0, Janes F-15, or Janes F/A-18.

Download the VIT APC pack (Link to DL page). It contains a few types of stationary AA guns. Also, the FDF mod has the Marksman, a heavy AA turret mounted on a T-55 chassis.

Have you got any links? Also we were looking for something that you would see from the ground so we are not to bothered about plane or aircraft effects, just ground.

Also the addons would be better if not to large (i am broadband handicapped )

If you only need an airburst effect, check out this topic at OFPEC. I also have an older flak script on my HD at home that I could send you if you fail to find anything else that suits your needs. The sim-AA that is linked has some bugs but if it just for effect it should work fine. If he has updated the original link (it is evolving into a true functional AAA script), I have to first version again at home on my HD. As mentioned before, the only stationary AA that come to mind are the one previously mentioned.

Yes but addons or effects we require would be complete really wouldnt they unless you want to play with texture less guns?

Yeah personally I like the Vit's/DKM's APC pack as it includes alot of awesome Russian equipment including some HMG's and AA cannons....plus the wonderful APC's, troops, and a ATGM.

I wish they also threw in the old Russian AT gun they made a long time ago.... maybe in the next update.

Thanks people. But theres the type of effect i would like is high flak, centered around the aircraft, preferably harmless. (maybe could be done with particles in a script?). Also while we are on the subject of aircraft, could i ask if anyone knows of a B2/B52 in production or complete?

That should be done with scripts, not an addon.

Well i wouldn't mind either, it could be an addon or i could do with a script, i'm easly pleased. I tried that B52, but the quality is just a bit below the standard of the mission i would like to make as it will be centered around the plane. But thnks for the link.  

Does anyone know of a B2 Spirit, preferably with a real good interior? I need it for Xenoms Nueclear bomb.
