The cherished things lost would be, being able to insult the rest of the world. Being able to moan at France letting immigrants through customs. Drinking better beer than the rest of the world. Having post office service able to tackle a challenge but not feed us. And most likely having different accents. We'd all have to talk proper like what the EU does. Not forgetting sport in this country would be changed drastically, especially our beloved cricket.
