Acecombat 0 Posted April 17, 2004 Increase OFPs Gamma and Brightness to your likeness that should solve it. Or change your monitors brightness as well if you want. Work a balance between them that suits you.

theavonlady 2 Posted April 18, 2004 Try starting almost from scratch. BAckup and delete these two files: \ofp\flashpoint.cfg \ofp\users\your_player_name\userinfo.cfg Run the Resistance preferences program, click on AUTODETECT and then on START. Is the problem still there?

turms 0 Posted April 18, 2004 -Did you get some new hardware or software? (new drivers perhaps?) -have you tried adjusting your monitor or your graphicscard settings? -I can think of 4 places where you are able to adjust them, they are; monitor, graphics card drivers settings, ofp ,or a third party program. Placebo 29 Posted April 18, 2004 Hmmm IIRC Omega's often come with a bunch of different apps, any chance you installed some kind of Radeon Tweaker as well that is setting a dark profile?
Evishion 0 Posted April 19, 2004 Hmm I installed everything who followed: RadLinker MultiRes and 1 more thing as I dont remember... but I havent used any of them but I have allways used to installed they..so that shouldent be an problems,.... killswitch 19 Posted April 20, 2004 Do you by any chance have a game/mod config.cpp in the same folder as a config.bin? I have seen OFP act up, to say the least. So: check all your <modname>/bin folders and make sure you only have a config.bin (or a config.cpp, of course, but not both) Having both seems to cause trouble.
