iv noticed some addons give you the option for jpeg or paa textures whats the better one??

Well: .jpg Looks better ( Altrough .paa can look good to: BAS/MAAC and MARFY ) but it will Lag if you use to much.

So the solution:

PAA and PAC are the best

Jpeg looks better but creates more lag.

Paa/pac doesn't look as good but has way less lag.

One trick to have your first LOD using jpgs and paa/pac for the rest.

Feer's tool gives pretty much same quality as in 32bit TGA-files so it should even beat JPG (at least in my textures). Though it should be wise to rely more on artistic detail.

SHWiiNG you need to start opening your eyes and doing the legwork for yourself or we're going to have to have a falling out which I would prefer to avoid, you continually ask questions that you could solve easily yourself by taking some time to look around.
