Recruitment Requirements:

- Platform: Arma Reforger  
- Age: 16+
- Experience:
  - Basic knowledge of Equipment, firearms, and formations  

- Language: English  
- Nationality: European Timezone (not strictly UK-based; North American applicants are encouraged to apply with Shadow Company)  

- Active and able to attend weekly scheduled training.

- Open to learning new things and engaging with teamwork.

Element Gambit (Covert Operations): 

 

Gambit 1-2 (Team Leader)

Gambit 1-3 (Anti-Armor)

Gambit 1-4 (Medic)

Gambit 1-5 (Rifleman / Autorifleman)

 

Element Watcher (Scouting Operations / Support Operations):

Watcher 1-1 (Squad Leader)

Watcher 1-2 (Team Leader)

Watcher 1-3 (Sharpshooter)

Watcher 1-4 (Spotter)

Watcher 1-5 (JTAC | Approved | / Rifleman)
