On the 8th day the remaining military tried to evacuate the remaining uninfected and able bodied civilian population,They did not suceed, The evac choppers never came. Now the last few uninfected civilians strive to ecscape from a nightmare that they cannot awake from. Sounds intresting? down load at this link The Skye virus is a 3 player MP mission based on the skye island by waterman. The player must find 4 radio parts to repair a radiotower to call for help from the out side. only proplem is the island inhabitance just happend to be infected by a virus witch basicly turns them in to zombies with a tast for human flesh  Addons: editor upgrade 102. latest skye island by waterman. D.murphy man 0 Posted June 22, 2003 Well 28 days later inspired me but i only seen the first 5 mins of it at the begining (too scary lol ) What happens in the end of it,they go looking for radio parts or somthing? ill have to rent it one of these days P.S.there seems to be a magor proplem with lag (too many zombies) so when playing this mission with other plz make sure pings are good,they all have good pc's,and they all live in the same country.So you can get the best out of this mission Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Anyway I tried this mission. respawn.sqs not found and there wasn't anything at the radio tower when I got there. I know I'm supposed to search aroudn the island for radio parts, but isn't there supposed to be a tower too? Other than that I love the atmosphere. Papa_MegaMan 0 Posted June 23, 2003 Wow. Creepy. I really love the atmosphere. Two bugs though: The respawn script is missing, so when I play as side west, I respawn with an M16 with one clip. Also, when the zombies attack me, they sometimes end up killing each other as well. It's just too bad that no one on MP plays such fun coop missions anymore. D.murphy man 0 Posted June 23, 2003 Hmm well im aware that the zombies kills each other and well jus use ur imagination say there fighting over ur body and the missing Reswpan.sqs is somthing new,This version you have downloaded was edited by my mate sims to reduce lag,He is allso one of the creator of this so i cant take all the credit,But i have not yet had time to check out his edited version so ill make sure ill download it now from our site and check it out. Plus the radio towers is just that big tower thing with dishes and things on top witch u can clime up,make sure u pay attension to the side chats,When u get to the radio tower it will tell you to go serching for the radio parts.And when u find a part it will say you have found a part in the side chat allso. D.murphy man 0 Posted June 23, 2003 Well the radio tower is there directly under the marker i cant think whats wrong ill give you the map co-ordinates to it, (Gf,44) Allso i have uploaded the Fixed version of the skye virus to my site   ill make sure i get it on the proper skye virus site as soon as i can.
