(they are completely interchangeable) If you make it fire full auto with "minor mechanical tampering"...you could find yourself in need of a ambulance shortly after firing it. Any pre-ban AR15 that is "MIL-SPEC" (such as Bushmaster) is completely identical to an M16/CAR/M4 (depending on its configuration)...with the exception of the fire control parts (which can be installed,...but it is highly illegal) The only difference in the reciever (on a "mil-spec" AR15) is the fact that it is not drilled for the auto sear pin (which is easy to do,...but highly illegal) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
