Renagade 0 Posted February 18, 2003 http://www.lifecase.com I severely doubt its capabilities if used like they show u but it would be a good thing to have if u were working in an area where there may be some trouble so u could hold beside vulnerable parrts of ur body to stop u getting hit from stray bullets. I have a feeling it would have as much stopping power as that thing it I were to put it across my chest, but I wouldn't be trying to of someone was about to shoot me .
